Rocky’s will be hosting bodybuilding posing practice at Rocky’s Fitness on Saturday, August 4th. Come perfect your mandatory poses and polish your posing routine with our Bodybuilding Gurus. This experience will be invaluable for anyone competing in the Steel Valley Classic or any other bodybuilding show. Don’t miss out!

Men: Practice starts at 1pm and costs only $20 for an hour of practice. Covers mandatory poses, standing, and posing routines. Note: Bring an iPod/MP3 device to practice your routine.

Women: Practice starts at 2pm and costs only $20 for an hour of practice. Covers poses and T-walk.

The Steel Valley Classic is proud to announce a partnership with an outstanding local tanning salon, Tanfastic, to cover all of your tanning needs. Tanfastic will be available by appointment before the show and available at the contest on August 11th.
