Contestant Information
Eligibility: Open to all natural amateur athletes who hold a current NGA card or may obtain membership on the day of testing for $45.00. All classes are required to take a seven-year drug-free polygraph.
If you do not have a current NGA membership card, visit NationalGym.com to buy your card.
Music: Contestants must bring a cd or cassette tape preset to a maximum of 60 seconds.

Entry Fee (Includes a Free Contest T-Shirt): $50.00 (Payable to Rocky’s Fitness)
Crossover Fee: $20.00
Polygraph Testing Fee: $35.00 Payable by M.O. or cash to polygrapher on the date of testing. Testing will be at the contest during contestant check-in at 8:30 am.
Entry Deadline: July 31, 2011 – POSTMARKED. Promoter has the option to not accept late entries.
