What: Natural Bodybuilding & Figure/Fitness Championships

Starting this Saturday, July 10th, Rocky’s Fitness will host bodybuilding posing classes. Meet with our bodybuilding gurus to work on mandatory poses, posing routines, and more.
Classes are at 12:00pm every Saturday until August 14th. Sessions are $20/hour and 1 hour long. Contact Rocky’s Fitness for more info.

Rocky’s Fitness is offering flex band (Jumpstretch) classes every Saturday. Classes are available to non-members.
$10 per class. 2 classes available – 10am and 11am. Classes will be taught by Rocky.
