Rocky’s will be hosting bodybuilding posing practice at Rocky’s Fitness on August 6th. Come perfect your mandatory poses and polish your posing routine with our Bodybuilding Gurus. This experience will be invaluable for anyone thinking about competing in the Steel Valley Classic or any other bodybuilding show. Don’t miss out!
Practice starts at 1pm and costs only $20 for an hour of practice.

Rocky’s Fitness is hosting its annual “Spinning for the Cure” event on Saturday, May 14th at 9:00A.M. Participate and spin for a great cause. ALL proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society. The event will be held at Rocky’s Fitness and is open to the PUBLIC. Anyone is welcome! Please call to reserve your bike. First come, first serve!
